Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead and motivate construction crews, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
- Monitor work quality to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate equipment and material deliveries to ensure efficient workflow.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Construction Foreman
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional education in construction management is a plus.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in construction techniques, methods, and materials.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- List any relevant certifications, such as OSHA 30-Hour, First Aid/CPR, etc.
